NHNHA Management Company Seeks Subtenant

Technology Transition Corporation (TTC), the management company of the NHA, is seeking to share our premium Washington, DC space by renting one furnished window office (approximately 120 ft2) and one workstation (approximately 60 ft2) at 1211 Connecticut Avenue, NW, Suite 600. Since 1986, TTC has been connecting companies to accelerate new energy technologies.

This is an excellent opportunity for NHA members to have a Washington, DC address and work in a prime location within the city that is easily accessible from all directions. Our office is about a 5-minute walk to the Farragut North station along the Red line with direct access to Union Station and Capitol Hill. The Farragut West Metro station, servicing the Orange and Blue lines, is about a 10-minute walk and provides direct access to Ronald Reagan National Airport in one direction and Capitol Hill in the other.

In addition to the fully furnished window office and workstation, TTC’s modern-designed suite offers corporate-image conference room facilities and a full range of support capability and services. The following accommodations are also included in the rent:
  1. use of conference and board room facilities
  2. use of kitchen and coffee service
  3. copying, mail and fax facilities (usage charges described below)
  4. use of TTC’s phone and voicemail systems (usage charges described below)
  5. access to TTC’s T-1 line (internet service and email provider is tenant’s responsibility)
  6. access to the TTC publication library
